The division provide services related to infrastructure and the environment. Services include various types of traffic studies, conceptual design and detailed design of transportation facilities.

Services also include time scheduling, cost estimating, project management, development of bid documentation, bid analysis and consultancy in the field of operation and maintenance of transportation facilities.

The division also provide services with the environmental sector, such as development of environmental impact assessments for various types of projects.
