Project overview:
Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) for all levels of planning due to changes in land use. The project was to assess the impacts of changing the land use of an area defined as unbuilt, partly defined as a water protection area and partly as a forestry and recreational area into a residential area for 2.300 inhabitants with a kindergarten and an elementary school and an area of 2 ha for offices and light industry.
