Safety Design

At Verkís, we focus on approaching safety issues in a holistic way.

Having potential safety issues in structures in a good state is an important part of ensuring the safety of those in the structure, whether it is at the workplace or where we seek services.

Safety first

Safety issues also have a direct impact on the operational security of companies and organisations, and are a growing part of our daily lives because we all want to live in a safe environment. We want to protect our homes and property, be safe at work, and know that our colleagues and families have a safe environment. Safety design involves ensuring all these aspects.

What do we do?

We analyse the needs of customers and their safety requirements are analysed according to the conditions, regular activities, or special projects in each case.

Preventive measures are taken and continuous monitoring of the situation is practiced with the aim that systems and equipment work in accordance with the customer’s requirements. Everything is then updated according to the technical development of safety equipment.

The main work components are:

  • Risk analysis and risk assessment
  • Traffic (process analysis) around the structure/area
  • External access issues examined and evaluated
  • Definition of safety areas
  • Safety and response areas defined
  • Safety and monitoring equipment selected according to design risk assessment
  • Verkís’ experts have extensive experience in safety design in a variety of professional fields and provide diverse consultation with safety as a priority.
